1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the Ludiko app, a party-game app available on app stores, and of the ludikogame.com website that presents it. Creating an account implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToS.
2. User account
Registration requires a valid email address and a password. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. A new account receives 30 free credits once its email address is confirmed.
3. Credits
Certain in-game actions (generating sheets, printing, starting a game...) consume credits, whose cost is shown before any confirmation. Credits have no monetary value of their own outside their use in the app and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money.
4. Shop — packs and subscriptions
The shop offers one-off credit packs and subscriptions granting monthly credits and/or additional content. Purchases made from the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing: payment is handled entirely by Google, and Ludiko never receives or stores any bank details.
Credits are units for internal use on Ludiko, with no monetary value of their own outside the app, and cannot be converted into money. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the purchase of a credit pack or a subscription constitutes the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which begins immediately, with the consumer's express agreement and their waiver of the right of withdrawal: by confirming a purchase, you acknowledge waiving this right as soon as the credits are added to your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly, depending on the option chosen) until cancelled by the user, directly from the subscription settings of their Google Play account.
Any refund request is subject to Google Play's policy. A refund granted by Google is automatically reflected on the corresponding Ludiko account (credits withdrawn, subscription cancelled) within a reasonable timeframe.
5. User conduct
- Do not impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt to circumvent or disrupt the operation of the app.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Service availability
The publisher strives to keep the app accessible but does not guarantee continuous availability. The app may evolve, be suspended, or be modified without notice, particularly during the current development phase.
7. Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, and failing agreement, the French courts with jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office (see legal notice) shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may designate another jurisdiction.
