1. Data collected
When using Ludiko, the following data is collected:
- Email address and username, at registration
- Password, stored irreversibly (hashed, never in plain text)
- Chosen avatar
- Credit balance and purchase/spending history
- Subscription status, if applicable
- Registration date and last activity date
- For purchases made in the app: a technical purchase identifier (Google Play or App Store transaction), used solely to verify payment validity with Google or Apple and detect any refunds — never bank details, which never pass through Ludiko
2. Purpose
This data is used exclusively for the operation of the app: account management, credit balance, purchases, and access to subscriber-only features. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Cookies
Ludiko only uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: login session, "stay logged in" option, chosen language and app recognition. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
4. Sharing with third parties — Google Play
For purchases made from the Android app, the payment itself (payment method, billing) is processed entirely by Google Play, which then acts as an independent data controller for that data: see Google's privacy policy to learn how Google handles this information. Ludiko only receives confirmation from Google that a purchase is valid, never any bank details.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the account exists. A user may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time (see contact below).
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact developper@ludikogame.com.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), exchanges with the server go through an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to what the service requires.
