You can delete your Ludiko account and all associated data at any time.
From the app
Open Ludiko, go to the Profile tab, then tap "Delete my account". You will receive a confirmation email: click the link inside to confirm the deletion.
Without the app
Send an email to developper@ludikogame.com from the address linked to your account, asking for its deletion. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and everything linked to it are permanently deleted: profile, credits, badges, favourites, purchase history, game history and login data. Payments themselves are handled by Google Play or Apple, which keep their own receipts. An active subscription must be cancelled from the store itself.
